The person in charge only interacts with the car owner, making it difficult for anyone else to get involved in the process. He has a strict no entry policy that requires payment upfront, which feels unprofessional. Moreover, he is unwilling to share any documents or paperwork, which raises concerns about transparency and trust. To make matters worse, his attitude is incredibly rude and dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for anyone present. Both the owner and what appears to be his son exhibit a glaring lack of professionalism. The place itself is in complete disarray, and owner's behavior is utterly unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company, the overall experience is frustrating and disappointing. This business is poorly managed and really should be closed down!

HIGHLY OVER PRICED NOT 24hrs in, and I was being charged $1000. He won’t communicate with anyone, but the car owner. He won’t even let them in the property nor hear so ladies if you’re going with someone be prepared to go in by yourself! He will not be by the fence so the rest can hear. ( outside business)He refuses to let anyone hear or see any paperwork. He is also the rudest person I know. ESPECIALLY HIS SON. THEY ARE BOTH UNPROFESSIONAL! The son is his “ employee “ and was cussing at me. He also yelled at me Saying “ WHO DO YOU THINK, YOU ARE “ back I asked him if my husband couldn’t near me that I didn’t want his son near me especially smoking because I have asthma.They also refused to give me my car after being payed for and letting another towing company take it only because they “ were mad at each other “ THEY ARE THE WORST
