This place should be investigated and shut down. How this man sleeps at night baffles me. My car was repossessed Friday. Had the money to get it out but they wouldn't let me get it until Monday so they can tack on daily storage fees. On top of that, it gave whoever runs this place free reign on my personal belongings. Everything I had was stolen out my vehicle. No windows broken, doors locked, yet thousands of dollars missing from my car. I don't know what kind of racket this man is running here but it needs to end. The biggest con artist of Texas right here in Ennis. They need to be held accountable for their shady practices. Private Property Towing is the wrong name for this business. Forgot to write theft company in that title. Just look at the photos... Does this place look like a towing lot? Every car here is subject to theft. Be careful folks this place is one big scam and your stuff will come up missing...sure I may have gotten myself into this predicament but that doesn't give them the right to steal my stuff!!

I can't remember if I gave a review. But I told the young lady and her husband I would. I really appreciate you all. The young lady was so helpful and really went out of her way to help me recover my property and to get my equipment back... It wasn't there fault my things were repoed but she helped me from beginning to end. Thank you all very much....

This place is completely unprofessional, should be shut down or fined . Every time you call up there if sounds like they don’t even want to answer and they mumble around random stuff. My car was towed on a Thursday morning , (not complaining for the reasons it was getting towed ), when and picked it up and when driving back home , tire was damaged , they dragged the car and created a flat spot , parking brake was activated as well , so maybe other damages were caused on to the transmission, still haven’t diagnosed it completely. Been calling them to get it fixed but again I repeat, they are so unprofessional they don’t even want to take care of their own damages
