I retract my previous stupid review in which I spoke out my ? I spoke to the owner and he educated me on how the business works. Tow trucks companies do not raise prices (gouge) because the weather changes. The difficulty of the job has a lot to do with what they charge. My aunt's elderly neighbor had to pay over $500 for her towing services on Friday and we went and pitched in to give her her money back because she is on a fixed income. My apologies to Steel Towing for the baseless review. The owner was beyond professional when he called me. Given the circumstances he had a right to be upset but he handled it better than I did. When I'm wrong I'm wrong and I was wrong. By the sounds of it there's a possibility it wasn't even his company that did that job. My apologies to the owner and all his staff for my previous and uneducated review. Thank you for the phone call.
