Amazing experience all around . It was easy to book the pickup. They arrived on time to pickup and had no problem navigating a very tight parking lot. 30 minutes later Joe was knocking on my door. He was so professional and kind and put the car right where I needed it. To top it off, the cost was reasonable which I've never said about any towing experience. The equipment was in good condition and very clean. Joe was in a nice uniform.

This company is AMAZING…I had a blowout in Royse City around 5:30 coming back to Dallas,and we could not get the lugs off , they were stripped. I had called a roadside service at first M4 Roadside to come. He was able to get 3 lugs off but told us the other two were stripped. He recommended I leave my truck… ahh no, I continued to call around. I called Hitech Towing and got Adrian and explained to him the roadside came out and charged me but couldn’t get the lugs off. Adrian said he would send a truck to help and they will be able to get them off. Adrian came himself and when he saw it he said he was for SURE he could get them off…AND DID!! It’s nice to get people who genuinely know their job and can do it, not just coming out to get paid for nothing. I recommend you to call this tow service if in need for anything roadside that they can assist with…THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE AND TRUE TO THIER WORD!
