Right in the middle of traffic on North Main Street, I heard a loud pop and instantly knew something wasn't right. Sure enough, a flat tire. I was already running late, so standing on the side of the road wasn't exactly helping my mood. I called Blaze Masters Towing and their roadside assistance arrived much faster than I expected. The driver walked over, asked if I was okay, and got right to work changing my blown tire. He even checked the other tires and pointed out one that was wearing unevenly. This towing service took a stressful situation and made it feel manageable. By the time I was back on the road, I felt relieved and a whole lot less frustrated.

Late afternoon  in Fort Worth, my truck suddenly started wobbling hard and I realized one of the tires had completely blown out while traffic was backed up around me. I barely managed to pull onto the shoulder before things got worse, and standing there with cars flying past honestly had me stressed out fast. I searched emergency tow truck expecting a huge wait with traffic that bad, but Blaze Masters Towing showed up way quicker than I expected. Driver walked over calmly, moved his truck closer to block some traffic, then changed the blown tire faster than I ever could’ve myself. He even checked the spare twice before leaving because he noticed it looked a little low. Better experience than dealing with my insurance roadside assistance line. Overall the towing service made a stressful afternoon feel manageable.

Had an experience with Blaze Masters Towing that’s definitely worth sharing. While the driver was doing a quick walkaround before loading my car on a cold morning, he spotted something I would have never noticed. There was a fresh oil leak coming from my right rear shock.He took a moment to explain that once a shock starts leaking, it gradually loses its ability to keep the car stable, especially at highway speeds where things like lane changes and wind can affect handling. He suggested I mention it to my mechanic just to be safe.I followed up on it, and sure enough, both rear shocks were already worn out and needed to be replaced. After getting them fixed, the car feels much more stable on the road.Honestly, the fact that he caught that so quickly while just doing his job says a lot. That kind of attention to detail is not something you come across every day.
