After spending the afternoon at a local event, a meeting near the Fort Worth Stockyards, I came back to my car and got absolutely nothing when I turned the key. Dead battery. I sat there staring at the dashboard for a moment, then tried again... still nothing. Specialists Towing Services sent roadside assistance out much faster than I expected. The driver greeted me with a smile, tested the battery, and quickly got a jump-start going. While waiting, he explained a couple of common reasons batteries suddenly fail and made sure everything stayed running before leaving. I honestly thought I was going to need an emergency tow truck, but thankfully it never came to that. Their towing service turned a frustrating afternoon into a minor inconvenience, and I drove away feeling grateful.

My daughter was driving back from TCU and her car stalled on University Drive near the campus area late on a Friday. they called me before they called anyone else because they was not sure what to do. I called Specialists Towing while they stayed with the car. Dispatcher was calm and organized, gave a realistic ETA for Friday evening traffic, driver arrived inside it. My daughter texted me saying he introduced himself, tried a jump first, it did not hold, and he towed the car to a shop on Camp Bowie they had used before. they said he was easy to deal with and they never felt rutheyd. That is everything I need to hear when my kid is alone on the side of a road at night. Really appreciate the way they handled it.

Fuel pump gave out on me on I-35W northbound near the North Side Drive exit during Thursday evening rush. No warning, no gradual decline, just complete loss of power. I had enough roll to get the car to the shoulder before the merge traffic closed in and sat there watching the city move around me at full speed. Called Specialists Towing and the dispatcher was steady and specific. Got my location confirmed, gave me a 34 minute ETA, and told me in plain terms to stay buckled with the door closed until the driver was directly behind me with his lights going. He came in 32. Set up his safety equipment before doing anything else, loaded the flatbed efficiently, and drove me to a shop on North Main Street that could look at it the next morning. That I-35W shoulder near North Side is tight and he worked it without hesitation. Really glad I found these guys.
