My car got stuck in red clay dirt that was damp from recent rain when I tried to turn around and didn't realize how soft the ground was. Roadside assistance wouldn't help because of where I said the car was located and I called numerous local places before reaching Jessie at Hill Country Autoplex. He got to my location in 45 minutes and freed my car from the dirt in about 15 minutes. Good communication about arrival time, quick and competent in getting the job done! Probably an easy job for him, compared to other photos of what Hill Country Autoplex has done but it meant the world to me as I couldn't have gotten on the road otherwise!

Stopped to fill my 5ver RV fresh water tank at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds, in Fredricksburg. Got stuck in mud, truck and RV both. Hill Country showed up quickly and had us out in short order. Would call them again without hesitation. Thank you, Hill Country.

No one plans to have a car towed after buying groceries and driving 45 miles home. The car dies about 20 miles from the house, and all the tow companies are swamped (busy Wed in the Hill Country, I guess). Fortunately for us, Greg and Hill Country Autoplex only had one job before ours. He was very professional, courteous, and concerned about our safety. He was also very communicative, letting us know when he was delayed, when he left to help us, and when he got to the car dealership with the car -- confirming contact information to leave for the service department. We have an electronic transmission and we had put the car in park, not neutral, when it died. It took us an additional 30 minutes to determine what needed to be done to get the car out of park so it could be towed. Greg was very patient with us through the process. We highly recommend Hill Country Autoplex and hope that Greg is on duty when you need his help !
