Cesar kept us updated and sent photos to let us know the status of our rv as they loaded and took it for emergency repair. Glad they were able to send an appropriate wrecker for our trailer after several other companies could not accommodate.

3000 miles on new tires but a bad alignment from Discount Tires in Houston left us stranded off hwy 90 16 miles west of Sanderson on Thanksgiving of all days. The locals helped us out big time and the next day Barbee, who was the only service that responded to our insurance, lifted us all the way to Ft. Stockton. We were towed to Five Star who got us really good used tires. Tomorrow Bill Williams will meet us early in the morning to fix our alignment so we can try to salvage a little bit of our vacation trip. We felt Soo helpless. We were desperate and State Farm made it Soo difficult to get help. The locals really came through and helped us like no insurance company could. We couldn't have been more greatful. I want to keep names off for privacy but- To the off duty agent who got us to the RV Park- thank you brother. To the lady at stripes who offered us a place to crash. Thank you Soo much for having our backs. To the guy from Orange who gave us rides through town, thank you friend; we will be back. To Barbee, who came through on a difficult day, you saved our hides. To Five Star, I'm real glad you had a Camaro and you still had your tires- that size is hard to come by in these parts. And to Bill Williams- you kept in contact with me the whole way ready to fix our alignment. Tomorrow we will come see you guys but I already know we're gonna make it the 1000 mile trip back home. Thank you all for helping us.

We were having car issues literally got stranded 29 miles from Fort Stockton third time we broke down in a matter of three days and had someone serviced the car. However the service was not the best. The people was able to tow us for $150 to get us to the super eight here in Fort Stockton. This company met everything that I was able to do to get us to our motel 1000%. They were very nice came within the 45 minutes to an hour like they stated and helped us to the motel. Thank you guys so much. You’re such a blessing. I would definitely call them before anybody else if I ever needed them again.
