When my car broke down in Hamilton, Texas, over an hour from home, on a Saturday afternoon, Kevin was quick to respond and charged an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone. A very nice guy who prevented what was already a not-great day from descending into a bad one!

I had locked the keys and my purse in my car one morning in front of the laundromat and I had to borrow a phone to call a locksmith. The first locksmith never showed up and when I had to borrow a second phone to call and ask why, they told me that my car "was unable to be unlocked" and there was nothing they could do for me. I then called roadside assistance and they sent out Kevin from Lone Star. He was very courteous and patient even though it was a long drive for him and on a Sunday afternoon! Kevin worked hard to come up with a clever solution to get my car unlocked and I am very grateful for him that I did not have to break my window. I highly recommend this company to anyone- Kevin saved the day!

Not a good review! I broke down at the Ceffco on 116 in Gatesville, called Lone Star and was told they'd be by within 45 minutes to an hour, and they never showed!! I called back 3 different times and was sent to voice-mail after 2 or 3 rings. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I took my money elsewhere!
