DO NOT USE THIS AUTO BODY SHOP!!! My son’s truck was towed there. They were completely incompetent with communication, organization and working with insurance. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the truck’s radio mother board was STOLEN in their possession. So it was an inside job using the keys or they left it unlocked in the lot. No sign of forced entry. UPDATE: Thieves also drilled a hole in the fuel tank and stole the gasoline.

DO NOT USE THIS WRECKER SERVICE! I am in absolute SHOCK at how rude, unprofessional and crooked this place is! My fiancé got into a wreck and we specifically said we DID NOT want to use this place but we had no choice apparently. He got his truck on the wrecker, drove (and I kid you not) literally 2 blocks to his shop and then wanted to charge us over $500!? It’s bad enough my fiancé was in a wreck and his truck was totaled but the fact we have to pay that much for him to drive 2 blocks!? I would’ve rather pushed the truck home. I’m disgusted with this business. I will tell everyone I know to never use this place.

The owners of this garage are wonderful people who really helped us when we had a wreck in Franklin. The crew was on the scene to recover the vehicle very quickly and were kind enough to host us until we made travel arrangements. Thank you!!
