Daniel and the entire team worked hard to repair our truck. What happened. Grad Heater replacement to save from spending $20-30K for a new engine. Replaced the Grid Heater with the Banks Power. Under normal circumstances simple job. Ours was not. The oil cover had been removed by a dealership to perform a CCV Filter. Replacement was done incorrect. The overtightening of the ALL six bolts was found to have stripped out. Requirement of purchasing this $800+FedEx Overnight delivery was needed. As there was no part in Texas or should I say. Available to be sold to us. This part is on back order. Luckily our favorite dealership had one. So it was shipped and replaced. Why do I include this? Because Daniel did not think the part would be received before COB Friday. Rather the job would be finished he thought the following week. When the part arrived at 1030AM that allowed for the truck to be finished tested and returned to working order. Y When your truck or car decides to go to sleep.
