Two days ago, I got stuck in a very difficult spot in Texas—so bad that it seemed almost impossible to get out. I contacted a towing company that helps trucks in such situations. I sent them a photo, and they quickly gave me a fair price. Not even 10 minutes later, the tow truck arrived and got right to work. I was truly shocked by the driver’s professionalism. He understood every detail about trucks—how to handle them, where parts might fail, and how to recover them from difficult spots. He pulled my truck out of the hole smoothly, even though it was a nearly impossible situation. But what stood out the most was what he told me: “Don’t worry—I’m not leaving until I see your truck on the highway.” That moment stayed with me. And he meant it—because my truck got stuck two more times trying to get to the highway, and both times, he got me out again without hesitation. During the recovery, my truck also had some mechanical issues. He helped fix those too—calmly, professionally, and with full knowledge of what he was doing. Even after we reached the highway, I still had a delivery to make nearby. The road to the drop-off wasn’t great either. He drove there with me, just to make sure I could get in and out safely. Only after confirming that everything was okay did he finally leave. The most impressive part? He never changed the price from the original quote, even though the job was way harder and longer than expected. This man is a rare example of humanity, professionalism, and true dedication to helping others. He stayed calm, positive, and respectful through everything. I highly recommend his service. We need more people like him in this world.

We hit a big chunk of concrete driving through Texas and T & H towing came to our rescue. Their driver Liam hooked us all up. Got us to our mechanic and even gave us a lift to the hotel. Fantastic service by these guys real professionals. Everybody was incredibly nice to us. We can't thank them enough. Liam, we made it out safely. Tanner at T&H towing was fair and excellent. Im 61 yrs old and he was concerned and helpful to get me going as soon as I called. Im most thankful and will always call him if I am anywhere near Amarillo and need help towing.
