Honestly the fact shops are forced to use this company because of their prices is unacceptable. Their customer service is down right rude as if they aren’t being payed to help you. Unorganized, cheap, and unprofessional. Truly one of my least favorite companies to work with. If the owner of this company tried to order/return a part he had bought, the entire process would be a series of tedious disappointments.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in over 20 years in the business. We ordered parts from National Autobody Parts Warehouse through Miss Aryial — she sent the wrong bumper even though we provided all the correct info. It took forever to get them to admit the mistake. They finally agreed to take the return but made us do it online, which was strange. A week later, no new bumper — turns out they lost our order and never shipped it. Now the correct bumper costs almost $250 more, and they’re refusing to send it unless we pay the difference. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep refused and even hung up on me. Completely unprofessional — stay away from this company.

Great prices and really friendly sales staff. Even afterwards I called back thinking I had a problem. They helped look up part numbers knowing it was something they couldn't provide. The guys out side helped out a lot with getting my parts loaded and we'll protected. The only bad part was the older guy at the counter was really blunt and not friendly at all. I think it was his lunch time though.
