Charged $489.21 to tow a car 3 miles. This included a $40 gas surcharge for 3 miles. It was highway robbery, unreasonable, price gouging. I would not do business with a company with this type of business practice. If there are no regulations, why not charge $1,500? This is price gouging and their attitude based on their response below should not be tolerated. I will be filing a complaint with the sheriffs office, BBB, and the state for price gouging as this is grossly higher than market rate for the area.
