I took my classic vehicle (1979 Pontiac Trans Am) to this business for repairs and restoration. I was told they could handle the job in a good and professional manner. The repairs and restorations services were subpar and not up to basic mechanic standards. They had possession of my vehicle for at least 6 to 7 months and the vehicle still was not repaired. I was forced to take the vehicle to another classic repair shop to have it repaired correctly and professionally. I had to pay out of pocket for these repairs in addition to the repairs I paid for while the vehicle was in their possession. I was not given any status updates for my vehicle. It was and still remains difficult to communicate with their office. My vehicle was delivered to my house without any coordination efforts from this business. Luckily, someone was here to receive the vehicle that day. I demanded the return of the money I paid for these repairs that were worthless. To date, I have not received any refund in any amount. Do not go here. They'll threaten to shoot you for no reason. Was enjoying my Monday afternoon and got told I'd be shot if I as much as looked in their direction while I was more than 400 yards away. 0/10 would not reccomend. I was told I had trespassed but I had not. This was during normal business hours. Was threatened for trespassing and blamed for a fence being cut (Surveyor apparently cut their fence in the past) but I was threatened with lethal violence and I was roughly 400 yards from the establishment when these threats took place. I tried to explain simply that there was a misunderstanding on their end but instead I was told I'd be shot if I went near their property fence (I was not near this fence, ever). This guy has 2 felony charges on his record, and his hostility and lethal threats I'm sure go hand in hand. All I ask is for an apology and I'll consider 5 stars.

PLEASE READ BEFORE LEAVING YOUR CAR HERE! *This part is an edit to CCC response: First thing Carol did was refer to some made up "budget limitation." I never mentioned anything about being on a budget. Not being ok with getting robbed here doesn't mean I don't have the money. You can lie all you'd like Carol, you're a straight up crook and you know it. You have zero documentation to prove any of this made up story. I have emails and texts proving you're lying through your teeth in your response. * I wasnt going to leave a review but hopefully my experience helps someone from making the same mistake I made in trusting this place. I dropped off my 1964 Impala in Feb 2022 for an engine rebuild. I was given an estimate of 7k and was told it would take 2 weeks to complete the job, I have both in writing. Once I paid them a deposit of 5k, they were impossible to get a hold of. They have 2 locations but the same lady answers the phone for both and the only answers she ever had was that she will find out, and could never give me a straight answer. Six months pass and they call me and tell me my car is ready, and that I owe an additional $6,700. I questioned several different things along the way and never got an answer to anything. Needless to say, I was completely shocked. Had they told me 12k instead of 7k, I would have taken my business elsewhere. When I questioned the total, my project manager Carol, just got irritated and accused me of having "extreme budget issues," also in writing. To make matters worse, they release the vehicle to me with a faulty fuel pump and leaking radiator. When I asked why didn't they bring that to my attention to be replaced, they mentioned my so called "extreme budget issues." If that wasn't bad enough, the car was leaking transmission fluid, oil, coolant, and gas.They said they could take a look at the repairs but it would take several months to get me back in. My project manager completely ignored my calls/texts and the lady that answers the phones only ever says she'll see what she can do. I will take my car elsewhere to be fixed. I regret ever doing business with City Classic Cars.
