DO NO USE THESE PEOPLE I initially called for a tow and was quoted a price nearly $100 cheaper than what I was ultimately charged. The representative instructed me to send my vehicle’s information via text to a random number. After sending the details, I waited about ten minutes without any response before calling back to ask about the payment details. At that point, the same representative informed me that the price had increased. Since I was stranded near my job during my lunch break and had been promised a 30-minute wait time, I reluctantly agreed. When I gave them my credit card information, I was also told that if I canceled now, I would still be charged half the amount. With no other options, I proceeded. After 30 minutes, no one arrived. I waited another 30 minutes, but it wasn’t until an hour after that original call that I finally received a call from the tow company, telling me it would still be another hour before they could arrive due to traffic. By that time, my car had started, so I no longer needed the tow. In total, it took them nearly two hours after my initial call to even contact me about the estimated time of arrival. The driver informed the company that I no longer needed the service, but I noticed they still charged the full amount to my card. When I called to report the mistake, I was assured they would correct it. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. I strongly advise others to avoid this company—they are unreliable and dishonest.

Definitely don’t recommend, this is a third party company. I’m only leaving 2 stars because I ended up with the drivers actual company number. I was told $269 and if I cancel then I would Be charged half. I ended up fixing the problem just as the driver arrived , so I called to cancel. She tells me that I’m still being charged full price because he arrived. I have no problem paying for his time and gas on the way to me but for me to pay the entire charge when I didn’t use the service is wild.
