I had one of the scariest moments of my life today, and this towing company showed up when I needed help the most. I was driving to the hospital because I was having chest pain. My car suddenly froze in the middle of the highway. I was scared and stressed. I called them, and they answered right away. The person on the phone spoke calmly and treated me with respect. They arrived fast. No delay. No confusion. They handled everything with care and professionalism. The team was polite, patient, and kind. They made sure my car was safely towed to Walmart Auto Center. On top of that, they dropped me off at the emergency hospital so I could get medical help quickly. That meant more to me than they know. In a moment when I felt helpless, they stepped in and took control of the situation. They did not treat it like a routine job. They treated it like it mattered. The world needs more people like them. I am grateful for their quick response, their kindness, and their professionalism. I truly wish them continued growth, success, and many blessings in their business.

What started off stressful ended up working out really well. There was confusion with CarShield about the drop-off location, and even though I was told the tow was canceled, the driver didn’t get the update in time and dropped the car at the original spot. As soon as I called C&C, Amber handled everything right away. She was attentive, urgent, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. Her customer service made all the difference, and I’m very thankful for how quickly she resolved everything.
