Waited over 3 1/2 hours for them to show up. Everytime I called was sent to voicemail and when I did finally get a real person they put me on hold & disconnected me! Beyond awful & State Farm needs to cancel their contract with them ASAP!!!!! They never called me & wouldn't recommend them.

I was happy at first to book for my car to be picked up 1pm but the driver "Joe" was unprofessional none responsive and LATE by an hour I had to keep calling about 5 times first he said his ruck went dead and apologized then I had to wait for someone to get to him before he could get to me but he never called me back to tell me if he got it working or not once again I had to call and he said he was on his way and it'll be about 15 minutes before his arrival... These people need more training before sending them out to do jobs...

I just had my trucked picked after an unfortunate event. Had to call a wrecker service, which I found Trinity Wreckers and all I have to say is these guys are great!
