Got stuck at Bocachica Beach on a red flag alert at eight in the mornings No one else was available. I have no one else to call within the hour and a half they showed up pulled me out. No problem took me to the entrance of the beach friendly people kept me updated the entire way with phone calls cost me $500 over cashapp, then after recovery they get your vehicle information alongside your id and debit card used to pay. A little pricey but the situation warranted the cost. high tide was just arriving and it was starting to splash the vehicle.it was an emergency. there’s no Way I would’ve gotten the vehicle out. Thank you for delivering.

Cautious, predatory tactics. Have contacted 4/5 times for itemized receipt on the charges as they don't match what they state from their own documentation. Failed to provide any information with the same excuse each time of having "incorrect email" address on file..although this was provided once in person and twice over the phone. Good luck getting any information.
