Very Rude , wouldn't even talk to me because my phone number showed up as "Spam unknown caller". What a way to turn down a paying customer with a huge client base.

Terrible customer service. Didn't have a per pound weight price on hand. so he asked how much weight I had, first off, the reason they have scales is to weigh the metals theirselves, so i told him idk the weight, he laughed and low balled me at $1.64 for clean copper! So he basically wants me to do the work for him and not pay me for it.....
