I dropped off son's car for a suspected oil leak. Really appreciate that they sent their findings and recommendations with pictures before starting any repairs. Not only did they fix the leak, but they transformed the engine by cleaning it (see before & after pics). Such a thoughtful surprise! This was my first time working with Austin Automotive Specialists. I got a very high quote from another local shop and reached out to Austin Automotive Specialists for a second opinion. The issue was related replacing the struts and the knuckle box on the driver side. Austin Automotive Specialists gave me an honest assessment, compared the price and availability of the parts from OEM and 3rd party, were upfront about the labor costs and how they could optimize that, and gave me a ball park for the overall repair. Once the parts arrived, I was able to drop off and pick up my car the same day. They provided regular updates on the parts status and the repairs.
