I was initially skeptical of bringing my car anywhere in Polk County with this being my first car and brand new at that. But after someone who I trust recommended Fawbush, I decided it’d be less hassle than bringing it to Houston and having it towed there. I made the RIGHT choice. After making the initial insurance claim, Fawbush took everything else over. They talked to the insurance adjuster, coordinated with Enterprise to put me into a rental, and was gracious every time I called to check on the car and was super informative, had concise and considerate communication, and ensured I was aware every step of the way. I have been dealing with paint and body shops since I started driving 45 years ago. Not saying Iam bad driver , but things happen in life and it’s not always your fault. Sad to say , but I have only had a great experience this last few months ago when I took my car to Classic Collision in Livingston Texas. I have used other collision companies in the area so I want you to know this one is different. Starting at the front desk to the shop manager, To the great guys in the shop. Being a service manager myself for years I can tell you that communication with your customers is so important. That’s where The shop manager, Christian Reminded me of how important customer relations is He called me daily to tell me where we were at With the vehicles repairs,all the way through the shop and to the paint booth. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, and I appreciate everything that the guys in the shop in the front office performed and did for me. Thanks again
