Called to ask if he could help get my wrecked car from a lot in Houston back to town, and I asked for his name. He said, why?! What do you need? (In the condescending way, not the nice way) I told him since I was transported to the hopsital I didn't have a say in where my car went, and I've had to make a lot of phone calls and just wanted to make sure I wasn't calling the same #'s by accident, and I told him the lot where my car was. He snapped at me saying "You're all the way over there! Call someone over there!". I said, wait, I live over here and I'm looking for help! (honestly I started to cry at this point) and he just yelled "What?!". I got scared and said never mind and hung up. Like a dummy, I called back thinking I could smooth things over and try again, but he yelled some more (which made me cry harder) and yelled "I'm in the middle of doing something." and hung up on me. 0/10 do not recommend this guy, especially if you're already in distress. He'll only make things worse.

My van broke down today with our medically fragile, wheel chair dependant child. I called this place and the owner came so fast and was amazing. He stayed with us while waiting for an ambulance to transport my child back to our home. He went above and beyond and am very grateful for his service and compassion: )
