Robert is very responsive to any questions I have and the service is excellent! I love the fact we don’t have to sort the recyclables. We just make sure everything is clean and put the mix of items in a plastic bag they furnish and place it in front of the garage. The fee for this curbside service is very, very reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in helping to save our environment!

We used the service for 4 years while we lived in Lubbock (left in 2019) after moving there from a city that had an extensive recycling program. We had great service from this company. Often if we forget to leave our recycling out someone even called to see if we wanted to leave it out on another day so we could get it picked up. They were always very accommodating. Thanks for the service.

Reliable service. We use the residential pickup every two weeks, and it amazing to see how much of our trash is recyclable. I really like the single-stream (no need to sort) aspect and the fact they take plastics up to #7, which is much more than the city allows.
