I got my transmission rebuilt by these folks. It was done really fast. I’m gonna say I got lucky because I had my truck back on the 4th business day. The owner is very knowledgeable and did a good job. We had an issue with a Converter after the rebuild but very quickly he got another one ordered and got me taken care of. I appreciate all of you up there at Howards transmission.

Would not recommend at all, had to have my vehicle towed here on a sunday after engine overheating and insurance roadside assistance would only take it to the closest affiliated garage. the next morning around 9AM i tried calling and it went to a voice mail box that had not been set up over 10 times eventually got through and the man I that answered was extremely rude zero customer service skills, he was basically yelling over the phone saying they would never work on dodges and even if they did they only work on transmissions and nothing else. Informed me they moved the car off of their property to the road side and that I needed to get it out asap. Braking and entering ignored this was the worst experience I’ve ever had needing to get help not to mention I was over and hour away from where I reside trying to deal with a broken down car man proceeded to complain that the tow truck had left marks on his lot which I had no control over 0/10 customer service, 0/10 attitude overall a 0/10 experience with this “business”

Recently had fluid and filter changed on my 18 Expedition. Done on time and at 1/2 cost of Ford estimate. Explained operation and showed me some parts to explain what goes on inside a 10-speed auto.
