I had an outstanding experience with Cortez Automotive Service and wanted to share my appreciation. I brought in my family’s 2018 Chevy Traverse because the brakes were shaking pretty badly, and I needed it fixed on the same day before a trip. After some disappointing calls with bigger chains who couldn’t give me a clear price or timeline, I found Joel and his team through their great Google reviews. Joel was fantastic. He got me in that same morning, assured me they’d have it done quickly, and offered a very reasonable price. He even sent me videos during the repair process to show me what was being fixed and explain everything in detail. The shop itself might look a little old-school, but don’t let that fool you—this is a real, honest mechanic shop with top-notch service. They had me back on the road safely in just a couple of hours. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Joel and his crew for the professional, quick, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
