If you need a trustworthy company with your vehicle, you found it with Ferrells. I reached out to every local towing company within the area. Not only did they offer a set price for in town towing they offered the lowest mileage rate. I had 2 vehicles that needed to be moved 22 miles and I was on an extreme time crunch. I was given a window time frame for the next day (they worked me in on a full load) they beat the time line. I had both vehicles at the drop off location an hour and a half early. The price quote was more than she charged me because they found a route to cut a few miles. The driver was friendly and quick, he had them loaded and unloaded faster than I’ve seen other tow companies. Kayla was fantastic with the setup and gave detailed notes for the owner and driver, which they actually used. Most places lack full communication but not Ferrells. Honestly, should I ever need a tow for any reason they will absolutely be my first call and only choice.
