I have never met the tow truck driver, but I couldn't wait to give him a 5-star review. He rescued our daughter on a muddy, secondary road just before it got dark outside. That was getting very scary for me, considering none of us could rescue her because she was 8 hours away from home. She was unable to get the truck out of the mud by herself. This very kind gentleman took great care of her and was even considerate of the price he charged her. I guess you really can't go wrong calling a business named Johnny Cash Towing. I would use this towing company even if they cost more than other ones. Thank you, sir, for rescuing her and making her family breathe a sigh of relief 8 hours away!

Johnny Cash Towing saved my butt when State Farm left me hanging for 3 hours before telling me that I'd be stuck overnight on the side of the highway. I called JCT in a panic and he not only calmed me down, but was so very kind, more affordable than any other local company, and he went WAY above and beyond! After pulling me out of the mud, the two men told me where to find a safe hotel, wished me well, and then called me a minute after I got on the road to tell me I was going the wrong direction. Again, they went WAY above expectations. I could not recommend this company enough!
