Loat a transmission oil cooler fitting about 20 mins north of my local oreily. Pulled over to the rest stop on i37 with me and my dog. I called and asked if they would bring me a hose clamp and 2 gallons of atf. Well 30 mins later, they show up with my parts, asked if I needed anything else then wouldnt accept my $20 tip. 10/10 this is how to run a business. Thank you!

S/O to o”Riley’s !!! My battery in my car kept dying on me so I took it to auto zone in Pleasanton to get checked. The lady had me turn off my car then told me she could not check my battery because the plastic Cover over it was a liability. Then told me she also couldn’t jump start me because her machine wasn’t strong enough for my car…… then proceeded to jump start a DODGE RAM. Now I don’t know much about vehicles but I’m sure a truck needs more power than a car. She told me she could sell me a battery but that I’d have to put it on at home…… then left me outside with a dead car. So I called o Riley’s and the manager (Greg) came over and changed the battery for me ?? The auto some lady did not look happy she was rude. Needless to say I’ll never go back to auto zone!
