My vehicle was towed here after an accident. I arrived to retrieve my belongings and release vehicle to insurance company. Everyone was respectful and kind. I called ahead and was informed to bring my driver's license and insurance card or proof of ownership. Everything worked out well. I appreciate the work that they do from the two ladies in the office to Smiley in the back. Everyone was professional.

This morning (about Friday, 3 Oct 25, 6:45am), I came across an accident that one of their drivers was assisting to pull a vehicle out of a ditch. The process caused traffic to turn around in the north and south directions. As I was turning around, I backed up just enough that my rear right tire came off the asphalt and lost traction. I called AAA said what happened and requested a tow. The technician asked what was the name of the tow company already on the scene; Todd's Towing. She said, "Great, I see that we do business with them". She asked that I give the driver the work order number, so he could verify that it was a legitimate job, and ask if he could assist. When I asked the driver if he could take a look to see if he could assist he said no, that he wasn't on the clock any more and that he would have to drop the vehicle, he had just loaded on the bed of the truck, in order to assist me. I was extremely upset that he didn't even take the time to see if he could assist. He let the owner of the wrecked vehicle in and drove off. Mind you, the sun hadn't began to rise, there was no shoulder on this road, no lines painted on the road, no street lights and just over a hill. Thankfully, Officer Eddie, the officer on the scene of the previous accident, pulled his vehicle over to mine and called a tow truck as he said it would be quicker for the police department vs me waiting on a truck called by AAA; also, that the angle of my vehicle posed a safety hazard. Luckily, Chubb's Towing showed within 30 minutes and had me on my way in about 10 - 15 minutes (without using his tow truck whatsoever). To add insult to injury, I canceled the AAA work order. However, Jesus, from Todd's Towing, called and asked if I received his text. I said I didn't, but he proceeded to ask for my exact location so he could assist. Which, by this time, it was an hour after Chubb's came to my rescue. Plus, Jesus stated he was 35 minutes out. I was and still am disgusted with the lack of concern and humanity Todd's Towing driver showed considering the circumstance i was in. Lastly, I'm positive 10-15 minutes of time, that he didn't want to spare, cost the business several hundred dollars.
