Towing is a soulless business when done so predatory, they’ll be in trouble if state/city ever mandates they have to give 15min grace before towing but hey??‍♀️ The experience at the tow yard was such a shady feeling! Feels like literal maximum security jail for your car???‍♀️ I was immediately charged $321.47 to get my car out. This has been the only business I’ve had to patronize in AMERICA where you can not physically SEE who you are doing business with at any point. Like can’t see who you are giving your govt issued id to, credit card, or cash… why? Because they know they’re doing evil work so they hide behind an extremely tinted window with a slot to do business… very weird … very unprofessional… very predatory. Also they don’t offer any alternatives for payment like payment plans etc & don’t care about whatever you have going on. I got towed the week rent is due & paise God I had it .. but everyone doesn’t. Last but not least COME WITH EXACT CHANGE I was charged $321.47 & paid $322 & was not given my $0.53 change I was so mad & ready to leave I forgot to ask for my damn change but also at proper businesses you wouldn’t have to ASK for your change right??

Over-priced, horrible customer service. They told me the car was drivable, then after I paid my bill and found out it was not drivable, they gave me a choice to tow it or pay to put it back into the pound. Either way, another $200-$261. They got almost $500 from me in one visit. Shout out to Juan, the tow truck driver. Very kind and professional. He's the reason they got any stars from me.

These people are preying on college students!!!!! It’s highway robbery, LITERALLY!!!! It’s SICKENING!!!! How gross that you sit around with your trucks lined up to tow these kids cars who are trying to make it on their own and you’re hoping they have rich parents to pay your bills!!!!!! You’re disgusting!!! Not everyone has extra money and my kid was parked for 6 whole minutes at a food place, walked across to book store for a few minutes to get her books to return to food place to eat and study and YALL TOWED HER CAR and are now holding it hostage for $350 and told her it goes up $50 every 12 hours!!! I will be reporting this to CHANNEL 8 news and FOX and anyone who will listen!!! THESE ARE KIDS!!!! Some of which are Broke kids trying to better themselves
