I called them early on a Monday morning, panicked with my kids in the car and a flat on the side of a dangerous road- from the moment that call was answered I was reassured that I was more than a tow fee. They asked if I had a way to secure safety for my kids and myself, quoted me an arrival time and were on time. Once they arrived the driver safely placed me in his truck with true southern hospitality opening the door for me and ensuring my safety. The small talk conversation may have been “part of the job” for the driver but to a stressed momma on a Monday morning, it was the calming of the storm I needed. I will highly recommended this company in the future to anyone who needs a tow, body work etc.

Great service and honesty! My service was booked through Allstate Roadside Assistance. The first tow company driver tried to tell me I needed to give him cash directly, which made me uncomfortable. When Rapid Auto Towing was assigned, John called me right away and was incredibly kind, professional, and honest. He made the whole experience stress-free and handled everything the right way. Highly recommend Rapid Auto Towing for their professionalism and integrity.

We came up to Houston to pick up my mom for an important dr appt she has next week in Lubbock, and our way to Spring TX or front driver wheel started scrapping and grinding. The noise obviously got worse on the 8 hour drive. We pulled into our hotel and heard a big pop. Of course we got in late Friday and her apt is at 9 on Tuesday and knowing most places are closed on Sunday and knowing we had to leave Monday finding a place that was quick and convenient was extremely important. Saturday morning we started calling places. We found this place we thought we could make the drive there (it was literally 5 minutes away from our hotel) but as soon as we pulled out of our parking spot the truck made a louder popping grinding sound so we were scared to drive. Gene called us to confirm that this was an issue he could fix at an affordable price. Now we were scared to just go with anyone but Gene was so convincing he would take care of us. We were kind of hesitant only because we're from out of town but we said screw it let's do it. So we had our truck towed to his shop. They confirm our wheel bearing went out and was dry af basically scrapping metal at this point. Gene, his wife, and the mechanic were all so nice and generous. Once we got to meet the mechanic and get a feel of the place we got more confident in the choice we made that we let them switch out both front wheel bearing our brake pads and brought some windshield wipers for another car we have at home. We ended up paying not even a fraction of what Chloe auto repair was going to charge us. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE THEY REALLY DID SAVE US!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE. Thank you Gene, his wife and their mechanic. We truly do appreciate yalls work, and honestly! - Josh & Tricia Chavez
