I'm not sure if the bald guy with a long beard was having a bad day or what the deal was but he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a part that I had ordered, he looked at me and he said, "I don't know". And then proceeded to ask me who ordered it as if I know the names of the staff in the store. It's not my job to micromanage who works at this location or how they handle parts that are ordered in from other locations and i've never experienced this at any other auto parts store including napa locations. He was questioning a standard return item as well, which was also quite strange. As if I have the time to be lying about a thirty dollar part?; I make $32 an hour. Why would I try to scam napa out of thirty bucks? Not even worth the time. I've always had decent experiences with the other workers, but i'm unsure what this guy's problem is. Not recommended. The guys at the carthage location and longview have always provided excellent service.
