Blowout on 59 near Hungerford 5pm on a Sunday! I was driving alone, managed to get to the feeder road and called AAA. They called Poor Farms and within 10 minutes or so Shawn called to verify my location and to give me reassurance and an eta. 30 minutes later my BMW and I were safely on our way home. My experience turned from harrowing to calm. I was extremely fortunate and am quite appreciative of all involved.

Travelers insurance partners with Poor Farms. I waited 2.5 hours for a tire change and they never showed. They initially estimated 15- 45 minutes, but then continued to add time. Travelers attempted to contact them but they were sent to voicemail.
