I bought some parts at Alexander’s for the first time today from Kim in over the counter sales department . I received friendly , knowledgeable service from everyone there and a fair price on my parts . Thank y’all!

Product was ordered because it was advertised as a greaseable tie rod on website, pictured below. When I received the item it was the very same brand I could have ordered on Amazon for a 3rd less and without paying a ridiculous $17.79 in shipping. Even more so the customer service when calling about returning was terrible, they were short and obviously did not want to deal with me. I felt lucky to be told I would not have to pay a restocking fee but we will see when I get reimbursed and I'm still out over $30 in shipping fees. We will see how fast the credit the cost of the product back when returned. No where on the website is there a returns policy listed. When you open the packing list you get to find out how they charge all kinds of fees for returns. Why deal with a business like this when you can get the same product $50 cheaper and have easy returns. I'll never order from them again.

I ordered the wrong part , I called Alexander's and Talked to Kim about returning it. I could not have asked for anyone better to talk to on the phone. She was very helpful , she is an asset to your business . Thanks for your help
