I’m recently moved to this area and coming in from San Antonio 11/18/2025 I struck a deer outside of Westoff. Long story short I spoke to my insurance guy and he recommended Bobby’s Auto Body for tow and repair . Bobby couldn’t come that evening but he called another tow company who came and picked my truck up off the side of the road and took to Bobby’s. I have never dealt with anyone with his level of integrity or customer service . He truly cares about his customers and has gone above and beyond any expectations I had in getting my truck fixed . He even helped me out with a rental car during this time when my grandson was born 12/18 so I didn’t miss being there. I hope I never have to do this again but I will not ever use anyone but Bobby’s Auto Body in Yorktown. This guy and his team are the very best!!

Right at the beginning of deer season I was heading home from Victoria. I feel I made pretty experienced and defensive driver, but you never know when one of those deer will appear. Long story short my insurance company let Bobbys Auto Body send in an estimate for deciding whether or not my car would be a total loss etc. I can’t tell you how great it was to work with accompany staff and employed with local folks, who are knowledgeable personable, most importantly, trustworthy. They help me with the entire process from start to finish, and I was able to receive my total loss check in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to their thorough assessment of damages to my vehicle

I was stuck on the side of the road, due to car trouble. I called Bobby and he came as quick as he could. He was very friendly and professional. He had to tow my car over 50 miles. Once he dropped my car off he gave me a call to let me know that the dealership had parked it in a safe place. He then sent his bill via text and I was able to pay for it with a credit card over the phone. Great job Bobby!! Thanks again!! -Wendy F.
