One of the worst and shadiest towing companies I've ever dealt with. My car was towed from my own house while other very illegal cars are just left sitting. The ridiculous $230 fee to get my own car tells you how awful this company is. Only one person allowed inside their building at a time and cash only? SHADY! THE OWNER HAS A RECORD AND TONS OF COMPLAINTS ALREADY. MEADOWDALE TOWNHOUSE PARK ASSOCIATION uses this company knowing how awful they are. Don't support this company!

This place is atrocious. Avoid at all costs. Not only is the “guy” extremely rude but oh don’t worry you have to “have an appointment for pickup even though he’s open” but don’t worry about seeing that or knowing that information anywhere he’ll only tell you on the phone when you show up wondering why on earth the place is locked up during business hours and call the number. Expect to show up and have to track him down to which he’ll tell you he’s out and won’t be back for awhile. So good luck having to wait until he decides to show back up and don’t worry he’ll charge you the most he possibly can but gives the poorest service. **The vehicle we were getting wasn’t even mine but I was the one that had to deal with this excuse of a company just to get the guy to show the heck up. So unless you want to be out a couple hundred, waste your afternoon waiting, rude service, unreliable anything, no proper communication, then by all means do your business here!

I spoke with the owner and he has been working with me and my family while I'm stationed in Korea to get my car back to my moms house. Thanks on demand. Everyone has been professional and willing to work with us. Update: My car was picked up today and towed to my mom's house. The price was reasonable, they was on time, and communication was amazing. All around a great experience with these guys. Will definitely use again. Update 2: My mom needed my car moved back a little more. We called the guys again and guess what, came out the same day and moved it with no problem. It looks like their negative reviews are coming from the same apartments. If they are doing their job wrong the complex would of let them go. Obviously they are not. Keep up the good work ON DEMAND.
