The team was very clear, courteous, made me feel comfortable, and even did more than expected. I hope to not be back lol, but we live in a world of the unexpected. My experience has been great at this place. I Have had some issues since getting my car back the owner Scott both times has been on top of it. For me personally, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to be taken care if I have an issue after the fact. That is exactly what has happened here. Integrity. A week after getting my window replaced the window came off track. I drove right into Chester autobody- Scott stopped what he was doing- Came right out worked on my door for about an hour, Stripped the whole thing down right in front of me, not only found the issue but explained what was the issue, owned up to where they could’ve been better & didn’t make me feel weird about it in the process. I I highly doubt that they ever have cars that come back with these type of issues, I am sure I am an anomaly. I just wanted to make sure I let others know who are looking for integrity in a body shop. It is here.
