I never leave reviews but this company has had a negative impact on everyday life. They have caused unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They picked up my totaled vehicle. The bank sent them a letter of guarantee the same day to their portal and they told my insurance they didn’t received it, and the bank can see it was sent to their portal. Due to them saying they haven’t received the letter of guarantee my insurance will not pay the bank, and I’ve been stuck not able to get vehicle, and it coming up on a week shift now they received the letter, and I could have had a vehicle by now.

Very rude people to deal with regarding towing my totaled vehicle for insurance collection. The lady to schedule my pickup was condescending and rude and even hung up on me after giving me the date for pick up one time. No questions to clarify that I understood. I’d never deal with a company like this for my own needs. They don’t even deserve one star!
