In 2022 2 weeks into having my license I was in a minor accident Travis was called by Henrico County to tow me and eventually we decided to just have him fix the car too. 3 years later he’s still our family’s main mechanic who we dearly love! I personally will continue bringing my cars to him for repairs so long as he keeps his shop open!!! 10/10 service I recommend him to everybody I know!

Car got totaled in an accident (not my fault) and Travis helped me out from start to finish. He was respectful, polite and understanding. Really appreciate the attention to detail and his willingness to understand my frustration with losing my car. He was patient and offered sound advice with regards to my next steps. Very nice and convenient place of business and location also (right off of the highway).

I don’t generally write reviews, but Travis has literally saved me and my car. His honesty within his field is unbelievable. I was told earlier this week by another mechanic, that my car needed 4500$ to fix. By the time I called Travis, I was in tears. Travis promised me he will try and do his best with my car, and he did! Within 48 hours he had my car up and running smoothly, all for reasonable charge. He than went ahead and took his time explaining to me what different parts of the car do, so that no one in the future can try and rip me off again. I hope to never need mechanic work again, but if I do, Travis is my go too. Thank you!
