Leo The manager of the store took his time to help me during the blizzard in January. The windshield wiper broke, and he was kind and took care of me him and his employee that were working that day went above and beyond to care for humanity. They have a heart to help people not just serve them in the capacity to sell them auto parts, but to actually literally helped them and I wanted to share this because humanity has lost. It’s hard for helping others just because they showed great kindness in caring for me. and I wanted to say thank you and I would recommend the store to anyone who is in need of anything for their automobile. May God bless them both Leo, the store manager and the employee that was working with him. I just want to say thank you. I’m grateful and blessed.

When I walked into the store there was no one at the counter to greet me I had to wait a few minutes. I was looking for a few items (tools & parts) but they had nothing in there, It was slim picking. I asked a couple questions and couldn't get any answers. I will not be going back or continue doing business with Napa in the future. I found everything that I needed and great customer service at the O'Reilly Auto Parts. Reliable Mobile Mechanics

Frustrating auto parts store because of its employees. They are not knowledgeable, and i don’t mean they have to experts. Basic car parts and service knowledge would be nice. I have received the wrong parts on 3 separate occasions. Twice was because they literally gave me the wrong parts, then when we came in to get the correct part (already purchased, therefore their inventory is mismatched) the employee couldn’t give me my part I paid for because he thought it would mess up his inventory. We tried to explain that his inventory is off and the switch would fix it. He could not comprehend it, other customers couldn’t believe what was transpiring either. They tried to help, but that frustrated the employee further leading him to just give up and say that he needed a manager, which was not there. It’s a shame because this place is closer to my house, but Advance Auto Parts has been so much better and worth the extra drive.
