I was stranded in Northern Virginia, tire popped on my 2500hd. I called and received an answer immediately. The driver arrived within 15 minutes, he tried to help me recover the spare tire to no avail. We negotiated on a price for the tow, and we were able to come to an agreement. My truck was safely loaded up and transported to Fredericksburg. The driver dropped off the truck at my desired location with no issues or inconveniences.
