Update: the owner likes to text women at 11:30 at night and threaten to press charges against them for Google reviews. Scammers!!! Also I've recorded my interaction with the owner where he acknowledged that I was told $125 but that he would not release my vehicle for anything less than $325. I will be taking you to court Was told around $100 dollars by the dispatch and by the tow helper for a tow. I was told he would be there around 8. Truck didn't show up until after ten. "Trucks take a while to warm up". Used a wheel lift and drove my truck a half a mile up the road. The helper walked up to me and told me it was $600 now. Spoke with the owner on site about how the helper and dispatch told me a hundred bucks. Said he would cut me a deal and would release it right now for $325 or I could tow it to his shop where he wouldn't "rape me on pricing". He said this to me as a woman alone surrounded by 4 men

I wish I can give them -5 star review but unfortunately I can't I wish places like that never was exist and people who is worked there never have a any kind of job because they are liars,unhumans and unprofessional people they towed truck Friday morning and take there place to fixed but after couple hours they said they can't fixed and will be fixed today at 11 am maximum at 12 I was driving from NJ and goin to Florida with 2 trucks I asked them if they sure about tomorrow because I have to stay in a hotel and wait alone and let another truck to go for delivery they said of course truck will be ready at morning and today I get there 11 am and they are closed truck was same place same broke condition outside the shop after I call the enterprise rental company they send me Uber to drive 40 min away to get new truck come back and unload by myself alone 26 foot truck and load in new truck because FAMILY AUTO TOWING lied them and because they also closed can't do anything else I finish everything around 5 pm and till that time no one show up at the shop they are disaster people!!!

Family towing is excellent and exceptional service. They responded very fast and after hours. They were exactly who and what I needed in a pinch. And I would like add 5 more stars from this review towards their rating for amount of professional service and saved me BIG TIME. Family Towing you’re definitely family now in my book ???
