Took in vehicle due to noise. I suggesed something it was something on the wheel. Service manager charged me for work on exhaust mount. Paid large fee, and left only to still have noise. Went back, I asked to see tech and discuss. Service desk didn't want me to talk to tech. Said they'd send someone out to listen to it. Turned out to be a tech that wasn't "allowed" to talk with me. What type of shop doesn't let customer talk to mechanics? However they agreed with me that it was something on the wheel, most likely rotor and that they originally recommended that repair to the office initial repair, but was told to fix exhaust. Thanks to the honest worker, situation became clear. Always be honest with clients. My experience, wouldn't recommend. The service desk was clearly hoping to milk me for whatever they could.

I'm from out of town. Checked the coolant and it was low. Bought orange antifreeze instead of green. Add the orange then googled what might happen if it's mixed. Bad jujubees is what happens. Called Mervs, at 4:30, explained what I did. He said bring it over. Got there at 5:15. He pumped out the orange stuff and filled it with green stuff. All this for the price of a gallon of antifreeze. Left at 5:45. I can't say enough good things about MERVS. If I lived here I would always take my cars there. Thanks Merv!

Poor Merv has seen my cars way too many times over the past few months. They provide excellent service and diagnostics and were kind enough to look over my new used car when I finally gave up on one of my old ones. They do get busy so I recommend making an appointment. Great, trustworthy shop!
