I had my Durango fully customized with a body kit, starlight headliner, RGBW custom headlights, and a full exhaust system. From day one the owner was open to ideas and changes and really worked with me through the whole process instead of trying to push a standard setup. What stood out the most was how excited they were about the build. It honestly felt like they were just as invested in the project as I was, which made the whole experience even better. There was even a situation where a manufacturer shipped faulty equipment. Instead of just leaving me to deal with it, they stepped in, helped mediate the issue, and made sure it got handled the right way. That showed me they stand behind their work and their customers. They gave clear timelines, made themselves available when needed, and even took time to walk me through the technical side of the build so I understood what was going on. The level of detail in their work was extremely reassuring. You can tell they take pride in what they do and don’t cut corners. I’ll be honest — I’m a difficult customer and I’m hard to please. I pay attention to details and expect things to be done right. With that said, I’m more than happy with the result. The final build exceeded my expectations. 10 out of 10 experience. I honestly feel like I found a shop I’ll continue to use forever, and at this point I can’t imagine getting custom work done anywhere else.

Exotica not only has great work, but a very great owner and team. They really know what they're doing! I had multiple exceptional experiences with their services. First I had 3M caliper wrap installed then some precut badge tint and they did wonderful. So I brought my car back to get my front and side skirts paint matched and installed and they look amazing, couldn't be more happy with how it all came out! Between the fitment and that special Lexus paint words can't explain how good it looks, has the sparkle and everything in the sunlight. Even got their 10 yr ceramic coat just to finish and seal it all. Overall wonderful service and would 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants it done right and for a very reasonable price!

I finally found a body shop that knows how to do it right Exotica Auto Enhancement was amazing. It’s not easy to find a shop that installs body kits properly, and these guys did an outstanding job. Customer service was excellent Adrion was a great guy, super professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. You could tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job. The installation was quick, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Adrion, for making this experience so smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work. These are trustworthy people who know cars a rarity these days. Highly recommend!
