You all knocked over my mailbox today and didn’t even offer to pay for it or apologize. You were there to pull out a snow plow across the street. A simple, “Sorry about that” would have been appreciated. Katherine Glidewell Edit to add: I have it on my Ring camera. The driver of the snow plow did not speak to my husband, nor did your driver. My neighbor Tim did come to apologize on your behalf and offered to pay for the damages, however, this is principle. If you destroy someone’s property, you should apologize. I also have it on our Ring showing that NO ONE except our neighbor spoke to my husband. I’m sorry, but you are being dishonest. Also, I attempted to call you all three times yesterday. I am happy to share my phone records.

One of the best if not, the best mechanics in the Richmond area would drive out of state just to come here. I had my grandmother‘s car examined at Firestone and they told me it would be $2000 to fix her car. I took it here and it was only 50 bucks because they told me what needed to be fixed at Firestone was not necessary at all. Thank you to the Lewellyns for being honest and hard-working mechanics.
