Had an annoying whinnying noise that was driving me crazy. Also need brakes checked and general check bc we wanted to take a trip. They gave me a ride home, identified the problem, checked the rest of the truck and then called with a complete plan recommendation and price. Work was done expeditiously and less cost when they accepted paper mailer/military discount. I was very pleased with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Honest people with honest prices. We had our oil changed here because we received a flyer in the mail. Since our vehicle took a little more oil than average, we paid a little bit more. We prefer local businesses over big box stores. Our experience was great. They even have shuttle service within a 10 mile radius.

My vehicle had a check engine and check AWD lights on and I was afraid to drive it. I went online to look for the closest mechanic available with a good rating and found The Neighborhood Mechanic. I was able to schedule an appointment online and to my surprise, Brian called me immediately to talk to me and find out more information. He was so kind and knowledgable. I knew I had definitely found the right place for my SUV. He told me I could drop it off that night and leave the keys in the dropbox and he would look at it the next day. He did a diagnostic check up on it and identified the problem and also everything that needed to be fixed in the near future. He sent me a completed checklist of everything he did and potential future issues with the vehicle along with a price estimate of what that would cost. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for any future needs or services!
