Adam came out and helped tow my car during a busy intersection during some heavy, wet snowfall (sorry to everyone who was driving around then and there for being in the way). He skillfully maneuvered around all of the other cars that were stopped at the light, was able to pick up my car and even helped me get it back into my tiny garage with his giant truck. He was also able to take a quick look at the kind of damage and what I might expect to pay to get it fixed. Thanks a lot Adam!

Edit. Your generic response blaming the customer does not apply. This was not a parking violation tow.

The police had them tow our old truck because it was taking up too many parking spaces even after we proactively told the police the truck had no brakes and we were having it towed the very next day. This company charged us $586 to tow the vehicle from Columbus to Sun Prairie. There was a $105 file origination fee, $324.50 Abandon Vehicle Emergency Response, fuel charge fee of $38.66 and then storage of $98 when they only held our vehicle for a few hours while we coordinated with a reputable towing company to get the truck towed home. The truck was not causing any kind of safety concern or issue for others to park in the area so calling it an emergency response is outrageous along with their fee for it. The people on the phone were rude and were not willing to explain any of the fees until we arrived to pick up our vehicle only telling us to bring cash if we wanted it back. They also did not disclose the outrageous storage fee they charge daily. Police departments should consider using another company for their towing services because this company takes advantage of people. Your response to my review makes me laugh hysterically because basically you are admitting you charge a flat rate no matter the situation. The truck was easily accessible and there are no keys for the truck so it was not locked and has a push button ignition. Nice try! Also know others in the towing business and they agree your rates are outrageous!
