Very helpful and knowledgeable. Have a 2004 Escape 342000 miles leaking antifreeze. They came over and inspected the vehicle. Water Pump leaking but looked at the whole vehicle and its trouble spots to give me an honest mechanical opinion if worth fixing. Good mechanically and frame wise. Got it fixed. Other parts in the repair were ready to fail so fixed them. Very Happy. I feel I can trust them.

5 stars isn't enough for these guys! They deserve ALL of them. I cannot thank them enough for their speedy service in repairing my truck and getting me back on the road. Or their friendly and kind attitude towards helping out a fellow human being and not treating me like im inferior because I am not a mechanic who works in their shop like so many other places do. Complete night and day difference in the best way possible when dealing with Jay & J's versus a big named competitor. Driving on 41 north around 12:30 p.m. near west bend my trucks rear end starts to violently shake. I may not be a certified mechanic, but I know my way around a vehicle and am very familiar with my truck. No lights on the dash, no smoke anywhere, and without getting under the truck to look, I figured it was a U-joint. While limping 5 mph on the freeway to the next exit, I did a quick Google search of the closest mechanic and would have settled on the first available place to get me in ASAP. I am so glad the first place to pop up on Google's results were "too busy" because next on the list was Jay & J's. They answered the phone quickly, was friendly and encouraging and most importantly, they made time for me and my emergency. I get to their shop and before I knew it my truck was fixed and I was on the road again. I was allowed to look at what they were doing to my truck, see what they were seeing, and even got a quick diagnosis of other possible issues. They were able to get the part I needed INSTANTLY, and had my truck fixed and out the door by 2:30. I dont live in the area and hopefully wont ever need emergency help like I did. But I pray that if my truck decides to break down again like it did, im near Jay & J's auto!!! Cannot say it enough and would HIGHLY recommend them!
