After coming home from a out of state trip I realized they illegally towed my car (on private property). So I proceeded to call to get my vehicle back. They didn't answer my 3 seperare calls during business hours. (No voicemail machine) Had to call back the following day and for some reason they would not tell me the cost and cursed at me for asking, then hung up.

i’ve never gotten towed before, so i’m not sure if this is normally priced, but i got towed only 2 miles away from elm street automotive and was charged 290 (in cash, which i had to walk about 10 minutes each way to get). they had my car for only 6 hours; so im kinda baffled that it cost me 300 dollars. im livid

they are aware that google has the wrong hours. i called to make sure i could pick up my car at 4:20 when google says they close at 5. They were extremely rude about the fact that they close at 4 on fridays and told me it's on me for not knowing, when i had no way to know.
